Manage DeskSay.

Two things live here: your subscription, which Stripe handles, and the list of Macs your key is active on, which we do.

Subscription

Change the number of Macs, update a card, see invoices or cancel. Stripe's portal signs you in with the email you paid with.

Bought on AppSumo? A lifetime licence has no subscription; refunds go through AppSumo.

Macs on your key

See which Macs are using your licence and remove one you no longer have, so the seat is free for another. We email a link to the address you bought with; it works for one hour.

Bought on AppSumo? Open your purchase there and click Activate now: the page it brings you to has a Manage your Macs link.
